This marshy wetland, she is your annual visit, an empty home standing on the preface of the perfect view.

This land, you’re a cheap discarded novel. You’re the tale that is placed upon you; your story is manipulated and retold in however many ways one sees fit. Your battered pages lie soaked with water, puffed up as they dry in the sun.
